If your tracking shows “Returned to Sender” it means your parcel couldn’t be delivered and is on its way back to the Indigo Lune warehouse.
This can happen for a few reasons, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel being refused, or unpaid customs fees.
If you see this update, don’t worry, our Client Services Team will be happy to help you with this.
Please note: We’re not automatically notified when a parcel is returned. If your tracking shows “Package Returned to Sender” you’ll need to contact us directly so we can offer the best solution.
You can contact our Client Services Team via email or messaging located at the bottom right of the help centre.
