Why is my Klarna payment due before I’ve received my order?

If you’ve chosen Klarna Pay in 30 days, your payment due date is set from the day your order is placed, rather than from the day your order is delivered.

For our personalised and made-to-order jewellery, there is a longer production time as each item is handcrafted just for you. This typically takes around 2–3 weeks before your order is ready to be shipped, and delivery timeframes then apply on top of this.

Because of this, your Klarna payment due date may fall before your order has arrived with you.

We completely understand that this can feel a little unusual, especially if you’re used to paying after delivery, and we’re always here to help reassure you that your order is being carefully made and is on its way.

If your payment date is approaching and your order has not yet been delivered, Klarna may offer the option to extend your payment deadline directly within their app.

We recommend settling your statement in line with Klarna’s terms to avoid any late fees.
