What happens if I cancel my order?
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, Klarna will update your payment accordingly, by either cancelling the statement or issuing a refund if you have already paid part or all of this.

How will I be refunded?
If you’ve already paid, your refund will be returned to your original payment method. If you haven’t yet paid your statement, the balance will be reduced or cancelled.

What happens to my statement if I return my items?
Once your return has been processed, Klarna will update or close your statement.

If you’ve returned your item for an exchange, we recommend settling your statement as normal to avoid any late fees, in case your exchange arrives after the payment due date.
