Klarna is available to all customers aged 18 and over with a billing and delivery address registered in applicable territories. To use Klarna, you will need to provide your mobile number and email address to allow Klarna to send your payment statement.

Klarna offers two payment options: Pay Later or Pay In 3.
1. Pay In 30 Days:
- Allows you to make your full payment within 30 days from the day your order is shipped.
- When your order is placed, you will receive an email within two days from Klarna containing your payment instructions.
- You can make your payment via credit or debit card via your account.
2. Pay In 3:
- Allows you to pay in three equal instalments.
- Your payments will be taken automatically from the payment method entered at checkout.
- Your first payment will be taken when your order is placed, and the second and third will be taken 30 and 60 days later respectively.
Pay in 30 days is an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.
Klarna will send you an email confirmation and reminders when it’s time to pay, and you can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

If you chose Pay later in 30 days, Klarna will send you an email with payment instructions and a link to settle your payment.
I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my goods.
You have 30 days to pay, so there’s no need to pay right away. Contact Indigo Lune for delivery updates or Klarna Customer Service to postpone your due date.
