Our warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Indigo Lune and covers any material or manufacturing faults under normal use.

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. If your item is found to be faulty within this period, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Only one warranty claim is permitted per item.

What the warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care
• Scratches, broken gemstone or chips
• Damages caused by adjustments carried out by a third party
• Lost or stolen goods or parts

Please note: Our warranty covers manufacturing faults. This doesn't cover returns if you have changed your mind after our 30-day returns period has ended.
