Exchanges

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, your exchange request will be processed by our team.

As soon as your exchange has been arranged, you'll receive a new order confirmation email containing your new order details.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed. While you may have selected a specific size or item when submitting your exchange request, stock levels can occasionally change before your return reaches us. If your requested exchange is unavailable, we'll contact you directly and do our best to help you find a suitable alternative.
