Once your order has been placed, you have a 60 minute window to cancel it via your order confirmation page or through the orders section of your account.

If this window has passed, cancellations are no longer possible as your order will have already been processed too far within our warehouse. 

Please note: orders containing personalised items such as engraving, custom name necklaces, or pieces from our birthstone collection cannot be cancelled after the 1 hour window. Please double check your order details carefully before completing checkout, as we’re unable to take responsibility for incorrect information entered at checkout.
