Made-to-order production timeframes

Our made-to-order pieces are handcrafted especially for you.

Production times vary depending on the style, and the specific timeframe for each piece can always be found on the product page before purchase.

Our current production timeframes are:

• 1-2 weeks
• 2-3 weeks
• 3-4 weeks (typically for new launches or designs that require additional craftsmanship)

These timeframes refer to the time needed for our team to carefully create your jewellery before it is ready to be shipped.

Combined orders

If your order contains multiple items with different production timeframes, your entire order will follow the longest production timeframe.

For example, if one item has a production time of 1-2 weeks and another has a production time of 3-4 weeks, your order will be dispatched once all items have been completed and we would ask that you allow the full 3-4 weeks for a dispatch update.

To help reduce packaging waste and unnecessary shipments, we do not split ship orders. Everything will be sent together once the final item is ready.

Shipping updates & tracking

While your jewellery is being crafted, your order status will show as "Unfulfilled". This simply means your pieces are still in production.

As soon as your order has been completed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, and your order status will update to "Fulfilled".

We kindly ask that you allow the full production timeframe shown on the product page before expecting your order to be dispatched.
